All mid and large sized public buildings have required a Display Energy Certificate (DEC) and Advisory Report (AR) since October 2008. 

We are accredited under the scheme to carry out this work - with specialist experience for organisations with multiple buildings such as the PCT and Mental Health Trusts.

The DEC quantifies the operational energy efficiency of the building and the Advisory Report ("AR") outlines recommendations to reduce carbon emissions.

As part of our commitment to providing a complete service we will go beyond the minimum statutory requirements and provide specific recommendations.

Annually only the DEC energy data requires to be uopdated and registered and reissued at a much reduced cost.  We wil also be pleased to undertake this for you.

Our service includes

■	At least half a day on site surveying the building prior to preparing the AR.
■	Extending the AR with our specific recommendations to bring real value to the report.
■	Advise on the need for refrigeration EPCs specific to your building.
■	In addition to electronic copies we can delivery hard copies of the certificate framed ready for display.
