CRC

Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) will significantly affect cash flow and costs for most medium and larger organisations from April 2011 - and you will need to be able to show your have early start measures in place this year and next to mitigate costs in 2011 and beyond.  Put the right effort into this and your organisation could even show a profit from the scheme.

DECs

All mid and larger sized public buildings had to have a Display Energy Certificates (DECs) in October 2008 which details how energy efficient the building is.  These need a simple annual update.   However, a number of organisations particularly in the NHS opted for limited transitional arrangements in 2008 - and thus they now need to undertake the full exercise.

We are accredited under the scheme to carry out this work - with specialist experience for organisations with multiple buildings such as the PCTs and Mental Health Trusts.  We have added a page outlining how we may help with your DECs.
